Can I use a unit as a backyard office?
Yes. Home offices, studios and gyms are some of the most popular uses. Add an electrician for power and you're set.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on your town, the unit's size and how you'll use it. Check with your local building or zoning office before ordering. We'll give you drawings and specs to bring along.
Does it come with electrical?
No. Units are delivered without wiring so a licensed local electrician can set it up for your needs and local code.
What about insulation and winter use?
Walls and roof are 40 mm PUR insulated panels. Great for storage and workshops all year, and for offices and studios spring through fall. Planning to heat it for year-round use? Insulated floors and thicker panels are available on request.
What should I know about delivery?
We deliver nationwide. Flat-packed kits fit tight backyards; ready-built units need room for a crane truck. Share your ZIP and site details and we'll quote both.
How long does it take?
